Hi there, I’m wondering if anyone else has been contacted about the creator program and how they were contacted.
I was contacted by someone through the Makerworld Messages, and they haven’t asked me anything out of the ordinary, they recommended i change an incorrect thing with my model’s BOM during their creator program review.
My only issue is, the person’s account doesn’t seem to have any official makerworld appearance to it, it is a small account with one random uploaded model.
Has anyone else had any experience with the Creator Program review progress, i just don’t want to fall prey to anything bad
For anyone wondering the model in question is the one below, and the issue they pointed out was that i had entered a quantity of 4 for the magnets, without realising that it meant 4 packets of magnets and not 4 individual magnets. so they suggested i make it one packet
If that random model is of a box with a round hole in it, then I can confirm that user is in fact a Bambu employee. I have been dealing with them for months through Makerworld messages and emails
EDIT: Congrats on joining the program, you’re going to love it
Anyone know how long this takes from 2k prints to being in the store? I got my what I assume to be my stage 2 points on Nov 8, and my stage 1 points Nov 11. No clue why it’s backwards- it’s the same model, the only Maker’s Supply one I’ve got that’s gotten anywhere near the threshold. It’s just a keychain, so I somewhat wonder if they’re skipping it for that reason. But then these are also just keychains/magnets. Any thoughts?
