Crumbling & Pitted Prints

Hi Guys.
Recently started having a problem with one of our X1C units. The last few prints are pitted and crumbly. The same result with various PLA filaments and hot & cold plates. Filaments are dry.
Any suggestions

You have a clog, or a damaged nozzle.

Or the thermal paste has dried out in the nozzle and inconstant heat is getting to the filament.

I think I’ll try replacing the whole print head, we have a few spares.

May try checking your thermal paste on your thermal couple make sure it isnt dried out and flakey

I think a thermal grease clean and refresh should be on an annual maintenance list.
