I need to set up the x1 carbon on my cura slicer. I can’t find all the info about the X1 that Cura needs. So far I only have the printer settings as 256 and rectangular. Can you help me fill in the blanks?
Have you considered using Bambu Studio or Orca Slicer? While in theory Cura could be setup to generate Gcode for the printer there would be a vast majority of printer functionality that would be either crimped or unaccessible.
Any luck with getting Cura set up for the Bambu? I’m not much help since I’m so new to all this. I’d like to get mine going with Cura so I can print models that don’t work with Bambu/Orca. Otherwise I’m looking at buying a second 3D printer. My boys and I are having fun with printing RC airplane parts. Those are the ones which Orca can’t handle.
Why should Orca and Bambu not handle them?!? It makes no sense
I’m interested in using the Cura calibration functions which, as a newcomer to Bambu, I haven’t found the equivalent of in Bambu Studio. I love Bambu Studio but would like to be able to calibrate my filament with something similar to Cura which I"m familiar with.
