Custom Filaments no longer can be set to an AMS slot

Around two weeks ago, this was all working and has been for well over a year or more, but today I turned the printer on, loaded up Bambu Studio and all of my AMS slots were unconfigured except the one slot with Bambu filament installed. On the printer itself (and in the Handy app) I can no longer see and therefore select the filaments for the other slots that I had before. In Bambu Studio (latest build) I can see the custom filaments in the drop down, and initially set it, but after a few seconds the configuration is reset. My only option is to use Generic or a Bambu Labs filament profile, which is not tuned to the filament that I have in there. I even went so far as to (backup and) remove all the custom filaments and start the process of recreating them, but the same thing happens. What has changed and is there a way for me to get back all the custom filaments I had before, which could be selected from the printer and the Handy app?
