Customer Service Center - reply time?

Just found this new service center of BL - it states as below - does it mean, that you expect upto 3 days to reply to a message ??

Welcome to our customer service center!

If you do not receive a response within 3 days, please check your spam folder.

They do respond before then. Message is as it states, check your spam if you don’t see anything.

Remember, this is a tiny company who has just started out. Not a multi billion dollar corporation like you may be used to dealing with.

Bl started about a year ago. Was founded by people from DJI and they do know of the problems with regard to service/speed of service/support, as previously commented by one of the founders as well. What I am wondering about is the timeline that they seem to be setting themselves… 3 days. When you follow a lot of the discussions there are quite many people still not happy with the support, yet they (BL) expand the sakes region (Japan) and are advertis9ng like mad, but did they solve their problem regarding support ? Have not seen much positive in that respect lately.

People don’t come to the forums to talk about positivity when dealing with tech support.

I can tell you from first hand experience they contacted me well before 3 days and resolved my issue without question.

I recently worked with Bambu customer service on two issues. All of their responses to me were within 4 to 24 hours. New parts were on the way to me within eight days, but that time was lengthened by at least two days because a holiday extended my response time.

A response within one business day seems reasonable, especially considering time zone differences. So does a reply after 3 calendar days for a ticket submitted on a Friday.

I emailed a question 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I placed order a week ago (7 days today) and after getting confirmation email on the 20th that it was paid and submitted, the website shows the 24th as my order date being submitted. So I’m now gonna have to wait an additional 4 days on top of the 3-10 business days for it to be shipped. Emailed customer support about it and nothing. Tried another customer support link from thier page and the page hasn’t loaded in 3 days, From multiple devices and networks. However the funny part is that the “influencer” link works right away…… beginning to wonder if I made a mistake by choosing p1s over the k1 max……

You need to make a ticket instead of emailing them.

Received damaged unit (unusable) … can’t create new ticket - guessing because I ordered and received in Nov. (over 30 days, it was a Christmas present) Bambu does not respond … not sure where to go from here. Any ideas on how to get them to respond?

It means you are boned as they do not respond for days and days. I have a B2B account however they sometimes tax me and sometimes they don’t charge tax. I just purchased a machine and it was taxed - at that point you can kiss the $$ goodbye. I attempted contact immediately however it was 6 days before they responded and said “too bad so sad, we have your money however for exorbitant fees you can return the machine” - nothing I could do at that point. Its a great machine however they offer NO LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ANY TIME!!!

There is a lot of controversy with this company. If you do a general search, you’ll find a common threat - it’s a great machine however they offer NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT at any level. I have a small business that I am building and have a dozen Bambu machines making parts. That is great as long as everything works well especially the ordering process. However once you hit a bump, well there is no one to be found that can help. I would like to find an alternative machine that will do as good of a job and same price point as Bambu - anyone have a suggestion?
