Customer suport Chat?

Hello i ordered an A1 and it was schedule to be delivered on Dec 16, Well i never got it even tho tracking says it was delivered. I was home all day waiting i checked my cameras and no one came by to deliver anything.

I contacted UPS and they said to wait another day because sometimes they get marked as delivered and arrive a day later. Was also told to go ask my neighbors in case it did get delivered to the wrong address.

So i went around and asked my neighbor, But no one had the package. I was able to chat with a bambu customer rep on their website and explained everything. She created me a ticket and said to follow up conversation thru email.

So i did and was asked to submit a claim with UPS and send them a screen shot. I did that and i also filed a police report and sent a copy of that. Following day i get a response saying the email is not being monitored and that they had created a ticked online for me.

So i checked my account and there is a ticked but hasn’t been updated with anything. I paid with my credit card and I’ve already made two payments on this and i still don’t have the printer.

How much longer should i wait? really not trying to contact my credit card and filling a claim with them.

You didn’t get it. Why loan your money to BBL while they work to figure it out? It’s their problem, not yours. And it’s a business transaction, not personal. You don’t need to do them any favors. The opposite, in fact, since you’re the customer.

I’d call the CC company and cancel the payments (get back what you already paid - merchandise was never delivered and you have the documentation to prove it). Then, maybe find a local reseller to buy your printer in person… if you decide instead to order another from them, insist that delivery be “signature required” and at least if it goes missing there’ll be more evidence for where it went (vs. it just “fell off the truck”).

So i still haven’t heard back from bambu, Weird how i submitted another ticket and they responded within 2 days. They said to wait for an update on my other ticket and not to open any other tickets.

Contacted my Credit Card, They said they will contact bambu. If we get no reply by the 28th then ill get a full refund.
