So anyone have any tricks to get in touch with support? I received an incorrect item and reached out to support over a week ago. The incorrect item was they sent me a spare .4 mm hardened nozzle only when i paid for a 0.2 complete nozzle. Anyone recommend where to buy an alternative hardened 0.2 mm nozzle? Bambu has been good about sending product, but with no support i feel like it is a roll of the dice and in my case im stuck with something that i dont need, i over paid for it and now i either wait forever or take co trol of the situation! Doesnt the saying go fool me once⦠?
