This is still 3D printing business and all of the Chinese makers that produce and sell the printers to you (be it from China or local stores) have the support team based in China. The max they have the registered comany in the US is to be able to sell commercially with tax exempt or the likes (not sure about the US), hut like here in Germany, they have have a German “company”, but I take it that this is nothziong more than a letterbox thing. There is no repair shop here, nothing in the respect. Go and check on the other makers, all the same. SAid is, when you buy from Bambu directly. It might be different when you run to a sgtore in the US and they sell the printer. May be they will offer better service. Doubt it, though.
