My printer has been down for 2 weeks now with what I believe is a failed hot end fan and a failed board that the fan plugs into. I’ve done all the trouble shooting steps, I’ve opened a ticket and am waiting for a response. I understand they had some sort of celebration for the last few weeks but come on this is ridiculous. Its a freaking brand new printer that I got around Feb 5. At this point I’m considering contacting my bank to have the charges reversed.
