Customer Support Update

I personally would appreciate any kind of official statement / communication from Bambu. Like just a short message “hey guys sorry for that but we were on holidays and we are working now hard to get back on track, we will answer all your questions and complaints until…”

I think this will suffice for most of the people here and in other groups (FB, Reddit).
Whereas getting absolutely NO information is really frustrating at the moment. It looks like the company disappeared.
