Using ProtoPasta MatteFiber PLA in the AMS. When trying to print multicolor, the extruder will cut the previous filament but that chunk remains in the extruder making the unit think the unload was unsuccessful. I’m guessing that it’s supposed to drop out?
The chunk cut will always remain in the hot-end - it’s purged out after the new filament is loaded.
The unload being detected as unsuccesful is normally because it was - typically due to a damaged cutter blade.

I have successfully fixed the issue by just power cycling the whole printer and hitting resume print. I have done this at least 5 times in the past couple of days.
