I recently had the blob of death and I had to replace the hot end.
I did follow the directions and everything correctly and now I have been getting this error.
I did all the the things that I could find on the Bambu support page and a few YouTube links and I think I found the problem.
I think when I was taking out and replacing the hot end, I think I might have knocked the extruder sensor out of the circut board.
I don’t want to do any more damage to things and not sure if there is a way to replace that board everything is attached too or should I try to remove the sensor completely, clean everything up and try again.
So the cutter arm moves freely if you manually push it? If so you can reseat that cable and see if it helps. Try to get as much of that glue off it if you can so it goes all the way back in. If that doesn’t work it’s probably the cutter sensor on the filament sensor or the board. Luckily they are both cheap and pretty easy to swap out.

That plug with the two wires is NOT seated - it needs to go all the way in.

I was melting the glue and as I as doing so, the whole thing came off.
I guess I could try to maybe solder this but wondering if it be easier to replace the board?
It depends on your patience and soldering skills. For me it would absolutely be easier to replace it lol. The only challenging part is getting that top cable that’s under the metal bracket back in. My tip for that is to get it lined up as best you can and then slowly start tightening the two bolts… they will usually guide it back in.
Found the part and it’s rather cheap.
Deleted the last two post as they didn’t show up correctly.
Putting this here in case someone in the future needs it :
