Cutting Offset Calibration Failed

Same thing happens to me. Even worse when I have the sticker setting check box set to not cut all the way through the cutter always pauses with an error asking to check whether the cuts made went all the way through. At this point the cutter always looses it’s position so continuing is useless. It is sticker paper and I do not want it to cut all the way through the backing paper. It is matte sticker paper not glossy. Doesn’t seem to matter.

Ever since I bought this cutter kit I have felt exactly like the poster up higher in the threat, that it was a waste of money. For it to work the cut pressure has to be high then sometimes it works. I hate it when it cuts all the way through the paper and I have to pick and peel off every tiny label from the light sticky mat.

I have even used ChatGPT to help me narrow down the issue. The blade is sharp. The cutter lands directly in the middle of the mark correctly and it makes the two cuts around the mark correctly but then pauses with an error half the time.

Another issue is that when importing a design it tells me it is too big and does not import at the correct size because it does not take DPI into account. So it auto-resizes the label sheet to a size that is still too big. Then the red exclamation point will say “image too big reduce to 244x150. So I started making my sheets that size then importing it then resizing it by putting the numbers in. But the red exclamation point appeared other times and says the image needs to be 250x155!! And other times it says the sheet can be no bigger than a greeting card. This thing cannot seem to make up it’s mind and nobody have the answer to what is going on.
