Daily "cant find printer"

I have an ongoing problem with Bambu Studio giving me a “cant find printer” error when attempting to send a print file to the printer. The strange thing is that when I go to the device tab, I’m able to access the printer(turn on light, move print head, etc.).The only way I can send a file to the printer is to shut down my laptop several times and finally I gef a “syncing” message and the printer becomes available. Any Ideas as to what is causing this and how I can avoid constant restarting of the laptop.

I’ve been unable to send a print job to my X1C (via the cloud service) all morning, so it may be related. According to the status page, everything is online and there haven’t been any incidents (reported, anyway) today.

I gave up and sliced the plate to my sd card. :frowning:

I really don’t understand why “LAN” mode is mutually exclusive with cloud printing. If you’re on the same network as the printer, send the job directly to the printer. This seems like a solvable software problem, but I guess there isn’t enough motivation to solve it.

I just changed out my wife’s computer wifi card. It went bad. :man_shrugging: it would just quit working, reboot work for a day then quit again. Multiple times. Changing it fixed my problem.

I looked over on the bambu reddit forums and noone is talking about access to the cloud service.
