Was it George Carlin who said something like: “I’m not saying we should kill all the stupid people. I’m just saying let’s remove all the warning labels and let the problem sort itself out.” or some other comedian?
Side note: during my time as an OSHA tech I was amazed at the amount of ingenuity people put into trying to hurt themselves… All that work to remove safety features and bypass machine checks, just to turn the machine into limb-remover/death-dispenser… And the rationale is always some form of: "uuuuhhhh, tha guard was a bit in da way boss! i could’ve done it properly in 2 minutes without risking life/limbs, but I’ve spent 2 hours voiding machine warranty and breaking multiple regulations, so the job can be done in a minute without the guard! "
Note - the user in the photo is illustrating how not to use that innovative device! Wrong technique, folks! As shown it’s more party favor than effective method for thinning the herd.
That device will be most effective when using a finger from each hand. That way the current will have a direct path across the chest and heart where it can do the good lord’s divine work.
And I suppose I should add, all tongue in cheek. Don’t ever do either even if it was a real product.
Well, this is sort of what happens when we design all sorts of safety stuff into things. The gene pool drops a few IQ points and then the lower end gets clever in an attempt to eradicate themselves from the pool.
Every time I see your avatar I think, “Remember kids, electricity will kill you” lol. The avatar plus some of your post makes me believe you have a strong background in the electrical field. Am I right?
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
These two models clearly pose significant safety risks, and we have removed them from the website.
In the upcoming updates, we will incorporate more notifications regarding safety reminders for 3D model usage.
Thanks for all of your support.
Thanks, this model has also been removed. Please let us know if there are other models that would bring the same concerns, and we will do a better job in monitoring these situations moving forward.
Thank you very much for the support
