Hiya, I’m very new to everything, I’m getting this issue where the AMS can’t roll the filament back after printing from slot 1.
It gets “fixed” if I lift up the tube that feeds into the machine (in this image) image|322x145
This is the first time I’ve used the machine, and this tube came pre assembled.
You will want to make sure that both sides of that coupler has the tubing firmly seated. You can also disconnect the tube between the filament buffer at that coupler at the buffer side, and manually push up some filament to see if can feel it catching on anything like the inside of the coupler or the edge of the next tube.
