Dear MW are the analytics from 2024-09-10 lost forever?

Dear @MakerWorld

I have just reviewed the analytics for 2024-09-10 to find half of the charts showing zeros for today.

There are no entries for User Conversations or User Activities.

Points and Boosts are shown with values, although, I can’t tell if they are accurate.

Is this data permanently lost or will they return at some point?

I noticed I received no notifications about new points for long periods today. I tend to get at least one an hour, usually more.

That’s because yesterday website and several other services were down for maintenance.

I am aware services were down for part of the affected day, however that doesn’t account for the total loss of some data for the whole day.

Activities occurred successfully for three-quarters of the day with users and designers able to access the site, print, download, collect, upload and more.

Those activities normally form part of the analytics,

So I checked in today, and it looks like not only did we not get points for the 10th, but also the 11th. All the stats show 0 for me on both days. This would be pretty out of the normal for me, so i’m guessing something is still broken? Stats show no downloads/prints as well for the 11th @Tanklet

I was just about to update this to say the same.

Analytics is not good without actual data!

I still wish to know…

  1. Will we get the missing data back?
  2. When will the analytics situation be fixed?

Hy all! I have the same issue!

Yep same thing form me. Only the points and boosts graphs are up-to-date

We will check it. Thanks for reporting the issue.

Indeed. The graphs are up to date now. Thank you :+1:

I can confirm it too. Thanks!

Hey @Tanklet Looks like the data is back, but in my case, the points for the 10th and 11th are still zero? I guess it’s possible that I didn’t cross any thresholds for two days in a row, but it’s pretty unlikely since I usually have a small amount every day.

Yes, I have data for all missing days.

However, the data appears disproportionately higher than expected during the day of the outage especially as my points average was down proportionately with the outage hours.
