Deleting K values for given filaments?

Why is it not possible to delete some incorrect values?
I did several calibrations, and one of them is redundant and I’d like to remove it, but there’s no option to delete.

Is there a file that I can edit to remove this incorrect K value?

Only in Bambu Studio AFAIK. Calibration tab, Flow dynamics, Manage Results. You can edit, rename or delete.

It is … also possible to edit the value.
There is no file, as it is within the printer.
But you can manage the results in BS:
