So Happy to have a new X1S, i bought it on BlackFriday on the Bambulab Website to deliver in my house in France like the other one (it will be my second X1S).
2 orders because i bought some accesories in the same time.
First i received a packet with the accessories but not the printer yet. Also my French Adress is good
DHL carrier was too tired to deliver my X1S and sent it back to Bambulab Warehouse in Deutschland.
I open a ticket but bamboulab services told me to wait ! but i don’t know wait what ! because i call DHL and they told me that the second order come back to bambulab wharehouse in deutschland and not Deliver in my adress in France.
