Diamenters are wrong

Hello,
i Prinbt a ring which has diamenters like shown. 1,3mm thickness

My Viper prints 1,31mm but the Bambu prints just 1mm

Where could be the Problem

What do you have for layer height and first layer height? 1.3 isn’t evenly divisible by the default 0.2 layer height. A .16 layer height would get you close at eight layers. I assume that this ring is printed flat.

Sorry this was misunderstanding. Not the height of the ring mean the thickness of the ring wall

The outside ring is 0.35mm. Arachne might do it but classic will probably just not print it as it’s less than the nozzle size. You’d need a 0.2mm to print those small details.

If I understand correctly, you want to be able to fit something into the space marked as being 1.3 mm wide and your Bambu printer is printing that space too small. If so, take a look at XY compensation. I’ve used it to make screw holes come out the right size so that I don’t have to enlarge them with a drill .

I’m having simulier issue tolerancs are set for .15 for this model one end fits PERFECTLY while the other barely fits at all (you have to push waaay harder to get it in) so my model is basically square pegs that go into square holes. but the problem is with the pegs when they’re printed on the same build plate at differint ends, one ends up just a little bigger then the other, therefore not fitting very well in the holes.
if anyone would know why the dimensions differ it would mean a lot to me.
Thanks!

Another question. The other sizes are too small too?
because if the belt is to weak stretched the sizes will be smaller printed.
my holes i compensate bigger 0,15 mm automatically in the slicer and i know that my belts are on the lower end stretched at the moment.

here is a photo of my model
i tried increasing to .2 but one end is still not fitting

I don’t have a clue why it would do that, does it do it if you print each piece separately? What happens if you rotate one piece 180°? Does the non fitting end swap? Does the end that fits now also fit in the other end? And vice versa?

I actually think that it was designer error (me) still I think that I had the tolerances set to .075 instead of the .15 that I thought. I changed the pegs to round instead of square and set the tolerances to .15 and they fit perfect.
Thanks for your help!

yes you got my point. int’S a ring which should fit into a 2mm whole and i want it 1,3mm but the Printer makse a ring which has a thickness of 1.0 mm

Did you ever get this sorted out? I would assume you need to tune the XY Hole Compensation or XY Contour Compensation in the slicer’s “Quality” tab under “Precision”. However, 0.3mm is a pretty big adjustment. Make sure you don’t have a loose drivetrain/bearing/rail.
