Looks like US Synthetic has released the Diamondback nozzles for the H2/P2 series! I, for one, have been waiting for these to release since I am all about low maintenance and high speed (aka I’m lazy and impatient). So… anyone gotten one yet? $150 each absolutely kills my soul, especially because I’d really like a full set of six. That’s… the price of another printer. Ugh.
That’s not a real diamondback. It’s not an E3D nozzle.
I was wrong on both accounts. I go on through this thread basing it on not being released from E3D on their website and the nozzle lacks the diamondback logo. From that I suspected the usual Amazon shenanigans. Fake store, or linked back, etc.
I got frustrated on those accounts when I was told otherwise.
In the end I was wrong.

US Synthetic makes the Diamondback nozzles. They own the technology and the trademark. They have a business agreement with Bambu and E3D. How does them selling them directly make them “less real”?
Those are not diamondbacks.
I’ll tell you why. First the easiest way is to check the E3D website, then check the authorized resellers. It will be with them long before it hits Amazon.
Second. That is not the diamondback logo that is on every diamondback for BL. I know because I have them.
E3D sends newsletters whenever there’s a new product. Guess what, no email.
Like I said, Amazon will NEVER be the release channel for a diamondback or any E3D. Those that are selling those are either counterfeiting or just selling you a regular nozzle and will be long gone before you realize it.
I have a 30% off coupon from points at E3D, so I’m waiting patiently for them.
Don’t trust Amazon sellers.
Lastly US Synthetics doesn’t sell diamondbacks themselves. They license and manufacture them. There’s no direct from manufacturer sales for the nozzles.
Also browsing through they’re Amazon store that nozzle isn’t even listed under their BL page. As well every page is blurry and pretty much a direct copy E3D marketing. I think US Synthetics would know they can ‘t use E3D’s marketing and images, as well they could afford to do their store page correctly.
Just me though. Buy one and see.
Oh, and the agreement is between E3D and BL, USS isn’t involved beyond being E3D supplier.

Yeah, they haven’t listed the H2 on their products site, but it was literally released today on the site, so who knows? It’s being sold by the same seller as everything else on that store. Yeah, generally speaking, I wouldn’t trust a 3rd party seller on Amazon either. There’s a lot of shady stores on there to be sure. But this one just has too much evidence of legitimacy for me to discount it.
All that said, No Way am I buying one. Why? My wife will find out and end my life.
It is difficult to know if these are originals or not, because of Amazon’s comingled inventory.
This means “Identical” products from different sellers are treated as the same item and the customer could be sent any of those.
Now this item says it’s sold by the manufacturer and shipped from amazon. This means Diamnondback sent a box of them to Amazon, but so did Honest Wong, and they’re the same in Amazon’s system. The customer will be sent whichever is the in nearest warehouse or closest to the picking robot. I repeat for clarity, they do not track the origin just the product name/barcode.
I don’t know when Amazon will be ending this practise. They are stopping it soon, so check when your country’s Amazon stops doing it.
EDIT Amazon announced at Amazon Accelerate 2025 Conference they will end comingling on March 31 2026. So it will “safe” to purchase branded products from them after this date.

Can you show me where it is? Don’t forget E3D is in a totally different time zone than the US so you can’t say they haven’t put it up yet.
Read the reviews for that seller on Amazon.
This is an image of the A1 diamondback. Look closely. Logo, the tip of the nozzle. Then compare it to what you’ve linked.
Now let’s look a little closer at the Amazon listing ok?
First the seller is not USS, it’s Diamondback Nozzles. They have created a pretty poor fake of USS and E3D marketing materials. Use your eyes and critical thinking.
There is absolutely no listing for any nozzles. The listings are what they are really known for and their main business.
Now I don’t know how I can make it clearer. There is no way in the world that E3D would release the diamondback for anything on Amazon. Just nope. Second when the website doesn’t show or give a coming soon, it’s released, it didn’t happen.
You can see the listing on Amazon is not USS, and USS doesn’t sell diamondback nozzles to the public. E3D is the only one I know of that they sell the nozzles to.
Now let’s put this to bed. It’s not a real diamondback or a real E3D nozzle. Fakes happen daily on Amazon. If you want to waste your money go ahead. Report back to us how the nozzle does.
EDIT: I’ve sent the question “Is this a real E3D diamondback” to E3D. They’re pretty cool folks so I look forward to their answer.
Diamondback Nozzles appears to be a legitimate US entity that is associated with US Synthetics.
To have registered with that name as an Amazon merchant they would have had to provide proof of business address.
I can understand differences in the appearance of the nozzle becuase the e3d one has e3d branding and is an official Bambu partner product.
The question of authenticity is the standard problem Amazon has in that it does not track which supplier sent a particular item to its warehouse, only the the item name.
Dont worry, I’m sure the box you’ll receive from amazon surely will have a real nozzle in it and not something nozzle-shaped that a customer returned and they restocked
I’ve received filament from amazon that was nearly empty on the spool, but in a box, so they shipped it lol. Fake USB and SD cards… Fake electrical components…
I kinda assume anything remotely valuable on amazon has a 20% chance of being counterfeit or broke when it arrives at my door. Mostly unavoidable but truly despicable
I think they take the “unopened” returns too easily. In my last job if it said unopened I still looked at it closely.
We received a high end home theater receiver with nothing but dirt in the box, and it made it through returns. Never underestimate the stupidity of your co-workers.
Well yes, the established nozzles are on Amazon.
My point was that if a H2 series nozzle were released it would not be released on Amazon and not the E3D website. Even then the image would be a diamondback as those are. They also wouldn’t be selling from a vendor that uses a different companies name on their store front.
I guess I could have been more clear, but I was mainly talking about the obviously fake “diamondback”.
The X store has things from X and does not need to be operated or run by the brand itself (a necessary “omission” for a store that uses comingled inventory)
edit If this is a fake, it is not for the reason you state. the company names, resistered addresses, amazon presence, and websites all check out. If it’s fake, someone managed to impersonate a legimate company and get past whatever identnity verification amazon does.
