Are you planning on using it with the laser or for filament?

I think it only really works with the laser

That’s unfortunate I was hoping it would work for ABS/ASA.

It will work for filament as well, as it is a basic unit that does not differentiate between materials. Enable enhanced filtering on the printer and configure the filament settings accordingly.

Once the filter is activated, it will filter anything expelled from the chamber.

As long as there are no intelligent electronics preventing this, it should not be an issue.

For reference, there is a video from an influencer who forgot to activate the filter when printing PETG and received a warning about excessive chamber temperature. Once the filter was turned on, printing could continue without any further warnings.
