Nice little guide, but I think it would have been more important to focus on the effect on nozzle temperature has on the glossiness since that is more specific to silk filaments.

For consistent prints, using a fixed speed and a higher temperature (ex: 235c), combined with a layer height of 0.16mm should produce the best results with Silk filament.
We covered this information in the last slide.
“You control the shine”
I am saying I would have liked to see a comparison of the shine over a range. Since this would give more of a guide for people to control the finish of their parts and understand it better. The guide is more specific to Bambu filament, which doesn’t really help with the overall use of silk filaments.
I like these PSA’s that yall have been doing, but I wouldn’t mind a little more detail.
I think you and I are not the target audience for these. This one I think does a nice job of explaining the effect of print orientation on the visual effect. I’m also up for going deep on a topic, but for new users, I think keeping it simple is best.
I like that the PSA includes a link to the wiki. That’s a good place to put that kind of further information and nuance of the topic.
