Hello,
today I do the bed leveling manually because my plate got a hole when do the auto calibration. Right now I’m printing with the gyroide infill pattern and my printer make different noise when do this in front or back to the bed. When it go in the back to do the infill make a lot of noise instead of the front. Can the bed manually calibration do this? I have the printer from 1 month now and have 130h of printing but I never noticed this.
I can’t answer whether manual calibration would make a difference but another cause could be a loose slop or binding in the XY at particular positions. Is moving the head around (slowly, so you don’t backfeed current from the steppers) tight at any point and is there any slop perpendicular to a given axis that increases between the front and the back?
note: I don’t actually own a Bambu printer at this time, I’m just experienced with other ones and have seen this symptom on an CR10S with a loose Z nut that led to wobble at one side
