I’ve been trying to mod my printer recently, and it would be nice if I had the dimensions of this area:
Does anyone know what the dimensions of these screw holes are, and is it OK to put something like another nozzle wiper on it? Or does it have important cables I cannot touch??
If I can’t add anything there, where can I possibly put an extra nozzle wiper on the plane the nozzle travels on?
The step file provided by Bambu for the P1P frame might include those holes. That said you will probably need to verify their location with a set of calipers.
You also might want to remove the existing screws one by one because BL uses a mix of machine screws and self tapping screws. Self tapping going into plastic–>plastic and machine for metal.
As to your second question you can run the toolhead down that side for fitment. I think it may need to stick out a pretty good distance because of the geometry of the toolhead. Nozzle being out beyond that metal flange you circled.
