Dimples on sharp corners

Hello,

I’m suddenly having an issue with dimples and defects on sharp corners. Prior to this I could print a plate full of parts flawlessly. This started happening with no changes to material or settings. I have even ran the exact same print job stored on the printer so I think it is hardware related and not any slicer settings. It is not the seams.

X1C, no AMS
FW 01.06.05.01

Material is BambuLabs PETG-CF
material has been dried and calibrated for flow rate and pressure advance. It was printing perfectly before this.

Things I have tried (with no improvement):
new hotend
retension belts
overtighten belts
recalibrating pressure advance
disabling pressure advance
lowering/raising pressure advance
increasing/decreasing speeds
increasing/decreasing acceleration
adjusting jerk settings
more cooling fan
changing orientation- the dimples seems to usually stay more on the front and right sides of the parts, but sometimes on the other sides as well.

If I print a single part instead of a batch, it seems to work fine. But lowering the speeds doesn’t help on a batch of parts which doesn’t make sense.

The only other thing that may be relevant is I printed some parts with fuzzy skin at some point and I wonder if the extra vibration could have loosened something.

I created a support ticket almost 2 weeks ago but no response at all from Bambu.

Any ideas? thanks
