I’ve started having issues with my prints finishing with smudges or pieces of like burnt filament or something on them.
Mostly visible on the prime tower, but it does also affect the main prints.
I’ve replaced the nozzle, cutter, and cleaned and given maintenance. I’ve tried brand new filaments and old filaments, made sure everything is dry and still keep having this issue.
It’s a little difficult to explain, Hopefully the pictures help.

Do you have a screenshot of your model and wipe tower placement on the build plate?
That is a photo of the printer, I was looking for a screenshot of the slicer top down.
The issues you raised sometimes occur when the wipe tower isn’t closer to the waste exit.
The photo gives me some info.
It’s possible the time taken to move from the filament change cutter and wipe down to the wipe tower could allow some of the filament to dry enough that it is carried onto one or more models.
Do you see this issue on the first models it adds down material on, as you have many, the likelihood would be the first ones printed each layer would gain the worst of any issues.
