Disappointed with support

I bought few days ago a Mini A1 and some filament i’m waiting for it.

The bad part and my disappointment is with the support team and invoices, when you buy in EU store you cannot fill your ID (VAT ID i think is the name, i’m not good with English).

I think “ok i talk to support for change it”, because in EUROPE this is a common practice, all bills/invoices can be modified and in Europe make a invoice without client ID i think it’s illegal.

Support team say it’s impossible to change or add my ID, this isn’t a serious company i’m really disappointed.

I don’t need a TAX exemption (i need the TAX), i only need a invoice with all my data.

What they mean by “tax exemptions” is that in Europe, if you buy from another country, you get a 0% invoice with your VAT ID. It is your legal responsibility to pay your country’s VAT rate (and at the same time get an equal amount deduction).

BUT… Problem is that they never respond to your inquiry so you will not even be able to buy as company from their store.

They have good products, but EU store is one big scam.
