Do X1C and P1S ship with the engineering plate or PEI plates?

I couldn’t find updated info on which plate the X1C and P1S ship with. Under buildplates on the store, there are only smooth/textured PEI and spare sheets for high temp.

So I don’t which combination of the following true:

  1. Engineering plate is discontinued
  2. Cool plate is discontinued
  3. High Temp plate is discontinued and only spare sheets are sold
  4. Printers now come with 1 smooth or textured PEI plate and not the engineering/high temp plate?
  5. Is the engineering plate using a different coating that makes it different from the smooth PEI plate?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

The X1C I picked up at MicroCenter a few months ago came with the textured PEI plate.

Can confirm that both the X1C and P1S ship with the textured PEI plate.

Check the BL store.
On the EU site, it says:

“Bambu Textured PEI Plate or Bambu Cool Plate (Pre-installed, Random, Both compatible with Micro Lidar)”

I ordered the P1S combo in the US during Black Friday and got the textured PEI plate. It seems that the engineering/cool plate is not buyable from Bambu anymore.
