Does anyone have a way to start a print 5mm above the print bed?

I don’t have an AMS but want to print with different colors on the same layer. I can do this with my Ender 3 and Cura using Z offset. As far as I can tell there is no option for Z offset in Bambu Studio.

This is the general process I use with Cura and Z offset:
Print something 5mm tall.
Change filament.
Print something to start 5mm in the air and it will print directly on top of the previous object.
Change filament again.
Print something else that starts at 5mm in the air and it will print on top of the first object and beside the 2nd object.

I can’t just use “pause at layer” for this, because I need two colors on the same layer.

Any ideas?

Hi, it is possible in Bambu Studio/Pslicer, but you must add another object (it can be a very small cube), select both, right click and assembly. Then in the list of objects, select only the part you want to put in the air and lift it. You will receive warnings that you are printing in the air and that you need supports.
