Ive been eagerly awaiting my X1 combo, got the tracking number, took the day off work to be here for its arrival and to my suprise, the box with extras i ordered like filament is all that arrived. ? Is there anyone from australia that had this happen as well? I dont understand why I would receive that stuff but no printer? courier didnt have it onboard either and Aus Post said it was a 2kg parcel? What should i do? I cant find an urgent help number and no one has said that it was 1 of 2 deliveries when i contacted support 3 days ago. From what i know when i asked there was x1c in stock here as well? Maybe im just worried as its a hell of a lot of money for me?
They ship separately. Shipping the large and very heavy printer inside a larger box to hold the extras would be much more expensive and be prone to damage.
Don’t worry about trying to find a number to call, as there isn’t one. Just wait until the second box with your printer arrives. Pretty much all of us who ordered extras had them arrive before the printer.

Scoured back through my emails and found an “other tracking number” Turns out that they use Toll Ipec in Australia if anyones interested for future orders. Thanks for the reply anyway. I just guessed they would provide the printer as primary tracking number. Hopefully will see it soon.
