Need guidance - display reads no firmware on SD card

Bambu does not read these forums or at the very least, does not respond to anything posted here as a problem report. This is just a group of fellow 3D printing enthusiasts.

To get the most out of this forum, you’ll want to give as much relevant information otherwise you might be disappointed when nobody responds. Here’s what’s missing from your post:

  1. What model printer are you using?
  2. Are you trying to do? Were you trying to upgrade the firmware or is it that you just were getting that error spontaneously when attempting to print?
  3. If you were trying to upgrade firmware? If so, what version.
