I just noticed that one of my designs went from over 200 downloads down to 77 downloads. What happened?
Same here. The number of downloads has been severely reduced suddenly.
For example the last reward message for a profile stated 350 downloads, but the number shown now is 168. Lost more than 50% of the downloads.
I just submitted a ticket.

Same here. My models are all showing much lower download stats.
As long as the rewards accumulate every 30 or 25 points from now, I do not really care.
Still, I am curious what happened.

I think something has been wrong with the counting system for a long time. Sometimes nothing happened for a while and then there were overnight jumps in the number of model downloads. However, the total number on the profile page seems to have remained the same.
I heard, multiple profiles will not give more downloads.you will get a maximum of 1 download from each user
I think what you mentioned was already implemented, this is different I think.
I just noticed mine dropped as well. Came here to see if it happened to anyone else. I’ll submit a ticket as well. Hopefully an answer will be forthcoming soon!
You also get (used to get) downloads for each plate printed in the profile. I think they adjusted the download rules as mentioned previously. My project with 9 plates dropped from 278 downloads to 26, lol. It’s probably more accurate this way, but harder to earn points now.
Same here, I think it is for all user, in my MakerReward I can see a model just reached 775 downloads, now it’s 207, another drop from 925 to 404 downloads…
This shouldn’t be the case. Some of my works that only have one Print Profile have less downloads than 1/2.
I just looked and thought my browser glitched and was showing me data from like last month lol. This is weird. We will probably get an announcement tomorrow about it.

Same here, but it can not really have something to do with the plate numbers or profiles.
I have a model that has one profile with one plate dropped from 11 to 1 downloads over night…
I can say the same is true for me, one of my files had over 500 downloads and is now sitting at 191. Another that had 150ish is down to 66. Thankfully it looks like points awarded already have not disappeared as well.
Interesting note, the models I have that only had 10 or so downloads are also sitting at 2 or so.
Maybe a % of downloads were distributed from all users for some reason?

I just compared a new influx of points that happened after I noticed the discrepancy. Despite what the number under the models say, the transactions page shows the proper points.
Edit: Within the last five minutes while I was getting the screenshot, the points have gone back to normal for me. Hopefully it’s the same for everyone else.
