Had 76 downloads on a model, now it’s down to 33…
What is going on?
An OPEN communcation about what will happen would Help before you implement it.
Thank you, makes sense. Thought the “printed” icon was profile downloads. But it adds up this way
Is “real downloads” the sum of STL downloads and profile downloads?
I agree. This is a learning opportunity. Thank you for your suggestion. I believe we will do better next time.
Yes. But for a single user who download both STL and print profiles of a model, only 1 download will be counted.
How does this work?
Previously I had more than 850 downloads counted (925 according to the points reward system)
Now I only have 284+311=595 left???
I don’t get it.
As I understand, prints count as 2 downloads. So 311x2+284 is your old amount of “downloads”
Yes, that adds up to about what I had. Thanks.
I am still unclear how this affects points generation however.
Also me. Maybe @Tanklet can answer that
As far as I understand, it does not effect, because the old downloads are only splitted in the display.
The only thing that effects point generation is, that multiple downloads are no longer counting, whats a good decision in my opinion. I have not so much models, but the amount of vouchers is impressive. I can imagine that this is too much for Bambu.
So basically everything remains the same except for the way the old “downloads” were displayed…
It will not impact the points reward. Just a data display change. We’ve added this tip to the release note.
It has no impact on the Points Generation, just a data display change.
Open communication before Change helps…
Reading is fun. It was in the communication.
BTW. Will this then be remaned?
If you are precise this then is no download but print-rewards for printprofiles Cause DOWNLOADS are 1 CREDIT and prints ans successfull prints 2 CREDITS
so whats up with rewards?
i just got 25 points for a model reaching 175 downloads at 3AM , now its showing only 80 downloads…
am i going to still recieve points for this model or is it in limbo until i reach 200 downloads again?
