I am still missing two packages, they haven’t yet made it to the pick up point where DPD decided to route my packages to and nit my house.
Today the two packages that should have been delivered to my house yesterday were due to arrive at the pick up today instead.
One package was due to go there today.
Late today I had a friend try and pick them up.
My tracking information for three parcels, changed to two, one said it contained two packages, the other just one.
Just before he went to pick them up the tracking information changes.
- One said it hadn’t even left the delivery company’s hub
- The other now said it was 3 packages to collect.
He went, asked for the 3 was told there was only one.
I checked the tracking information when he returned, still says 3. I checked the rubbish tracking via the BL site, it says two packages haven’t made it to the pick-up point still.
I am missing a printer and four PLA-CF filaments, two different packages. I have no idea if they will arrive, where they will go or when either might occur.
Tracking is great, Bambu are great, DOD are great, sarcasm is great.
I was going to post this in the thread where BL apologised for screwing everything thing up, but, it seems they didn’t like the truth everyone shared, cried and locked the thread.
This one.
Shame, there were some decent comments they should have addressed.
