Hello, this is my third failed impression randomly in 1 month, it turns out that the magnetized cover of the extruder of my p1s jumps through the pressure of the ptfe tube for some reason, it is as if when the tube bends it does it incorrectly at some point and exerts pressure on the extruder, that’s what I think in case someone has happened to him how could solve it, thank you very much.
Hi, I just had the same issue happen randomly with a standard profile, filament, and print I use a lot.
Have you been able to diagnose and resolve the issue?
The PTFE tube should be long enough to reach the right front corner without strain, but if it is too long, it can bend forward, pressing against the extruder cover when the toolhead is in the right rear.
See if you can reduce the length of tubing. Move the head to the right front, then remove the lock on the rear tube fitting and push any excess length out the rear.
