For anyone interested: it is possible to print on the P2S from the AMS 2 Pro, while at the same time there is filament drying in the AMS-HT, connected to the stock filament buffer on the backside.
Yes, and it would be unacceptable if this was not possible. Being able to dry while you print is one of the main reasons to buy a dedicated dryer like the AMS HT. If it was not possible, it had no real advantage over drying on the print bed.

No, it’s possible using AMS HT for printing and drying in same time!
reason is TPU out of, when i used it for petg GLOW,
i used tpu out for, and external port of h2d.
and dry it in same time … need for some mark
