Dual color printing defect

Hi everyone. The images show the problem. These are the same models with the same print parameters. I painted black on the inside bottom of the box with the defects.
The bottom box is a dual-color print. The top is the single-color print. The issue occurred on all four corners. Any suggestions?

I have a guess…
from your first 2 pics, it looks like the outside bottom is black also…
meaning it could be a paint & purge issue. Without seeing the outside bottom, I think maybe you painted too far into the corners.
Unless you need the entire inside & outside Black, I would re-paint model with just 2-3 layers on the inside bottom.
This should also cut a lot of your print time.

Hi. Thanks for the response. I’ve included more photos.

Black doesn’t go as far as I thought.
I would delete the Red & Black one, reload the Red only file & use the Paint Bucket to paint the bottom inside…it should do it just 1 click. Then try your print again.

Why start over, just in case something is a little different with the files.

That’s how I started: red model then paint the inside bottom with black.
I hate workarounds (not directed at you). I went back into Fusion 360.
I thinned the bottom of the box and extruded a “mat” that created a separate body. I dropped them into Bambu studio as a single object with multiple parts. Inside of assembly view I was able to designate the color for each part, red for the box, black for the bottom “mat.”
The quality is much better.
This seems like a basic dual color model. I wish knew what changes are needed to eliminate the defects.
Thanks for responding!!

The fix: Was originally printed with the 0.20mm Standard BBLX1C profile. I switched to the 0.16mm High Quality BBLX1C profile.

Not sure if it is the layer height that made a difference. I need to line up the print settings to compare.
