Hi,
I improved my 3D model at the request of users who printed my cup holder.
I uploaded the improved version as a new print profile. I changed my text, uploaded a few pictures and published it. I always get a text that it has already been verified and nothing changes. But if I go to edit again there is my changed version. what am I doing wrong? I use a Mac mini and the browsers are Safari and Google Chrome
You need to wait until it moves out of verifying. This can take some minutes.
The problem is that I’ve been waiting for a good 20 minutes and nothing is happening. Before that I waited 15 minutes and then updated the page and nothing happened.
OK then I’ll just have to wait but I’ve never had anything like that before.
This is heavily contingent on the timing of the edit/upload. The capacity to handle these requests is constrained, and they can quickly pile up, especially with the addition of maintenance downtimes. Consequently, a significant backlog may ensue.
I had a somewhat related issue just now. I uploaded a new model and got a “published” confirmation message, but the upload is nowhere to be seen. No clue what happened to it. I think you all are right about the system being over capacity. I’ll wait a while and see what happens.
yes, that should have been it. now it has changed. thank you all very much.
