Body 15 (yes, you have multiple bodies, but only 15,16, 17, 18, 19 and 20) is a twisted 2-dimensional shape. You also have duplicates in there of at least the central “bowl”, and maybe the frilly outside.
Here’s how it looks with the frills (one polymesh, in blue) and the bowl (in red) shaded. If you can boolean those into one body, without “body 15”, it should be a lot easier.
Sadly, I know nothing of Fusion - dedicated Rhino user here. If you can trim things against each other to create one sealed shape, it should work fine.
I usually work in NURBS surfaces until I want to print as I can control them better. Then to STEP files to go into BambuStudio because again they are easier to deal with than STL files.
Is this your own model that you created in Fusion 360? If so, you can boolean join the bodies into a single body using Combine. Once combined, you can then export the single body for use.
If this isn’t your file, you can use Bambu Studio to Assemble the body parts and then fix the mesh.
Open your 3mf file and go to Objects to view each body. Select all bodies, right click, and then select Merge to add all bodies into a single assembly. This basically combines everything into a single model that you can slice and print.
