I have had the X1 Carbon for a few weeks now. After the first few test prints, which all printed great and no errors reported, I am consistently getting these 3 issues reported after a print … no matter what was printed or how well.
1 - First layer defect
2 - Spaghetti failure
3 - Purged filaments pileup in excess chute
I am not seeing any obvious first layer defects. Small spaghetti issues, maybe, on some prints with some bridging. Purged filament? I’ve only printed one multi color print.
Earlier this week I cleaned the cool plate, reapplied glue stick, recalibrated and printed the outer diameter gauge that comes on the printer using the green sample PLA that came with the printer. It looks great but all three issues reported in the end.
I don’t want to ignore obvious issues but I’m at a loss on what to do.
Look like you get the msg at the end of each print
Git the same and look like you need to press what you got
It is not a message that meaning there is a trouble
When the lidar got a ytouble a the first layer I stop and say what you would like to do…
Most of the time
are you saying that the popup isn’t saying your print had those issues but an opportunity to tell them of issues I observed that were not detected by the printer?
That is correct - it is for you to report any of those issues to Bambu quickly without opening a ticket. Reporting these types of events helps them to tune their algorithms to better detect failure scenarios.
