Error - 0300 0200 0001 0006 1336 06

We have had our X1 since its Jan 2023 and it has ran great. the last couple of months we started getting filament clogs slowly getting error messages, nothing we couldn’t handle. 2-3 weeks ago we received the error listed in the subject and we have been down ever since. We replaced the Hot end, thermistor wire, TH board and Heating Element. Still getting the same error.

Has anyone else seen this error and found a viable solution versus just throwing money at it?

Thanks,
Scott

That code doesn’t like right. The HMS systems only has 4, four number codes. You may want to check out the HMS wiki page for error code lookup and possible remedies.
https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/x1/troubleshooting/hmscode

The error code is listed in there: HMS_0300_0200_0001_0006 The nozzle temperature is abnormal, the sensor may be short circuit. | Bambu Lab Wiki

No where is there a error code that lists the 1336-06 part of the code.

Are you sure you ordered the right TH board?

Good question, my colleague ordered it. The board he purchased was Extruder Interface Board V9 - X1 Series | Bambu Lab US

I noticed there are 2 sets that include the TH board. how do those compare to just replacing the TH board?

My colleague went back and looked at the printer and we decided to go ahead and buy TH Board Set V9 (Single Red Laser) - X1 Series | Bambu Lab US

We matched the numbers from our board to the board they are listing on the site, which is the single red laser for the X1 series. If this doesn’t fix the error i don’t know what else to do.
