Error after hotend swap. Hotend not heating

Ok so I got a clog in one of my printers. (Bought 3 withing a week) the other two are still running fine.

I swapped out the hotend on this printer and replaced with the spare that came with printer.

After plugging everything back in and switching on I get the following error…

hms_err_0300_200_0001_0007

And the hotend doesn’t heat up.

I’ve tried factory reset, calibration, self test etc and have also tried reseating the plugs multiple times.

Has anyone come across this error? As I can’t find much information on it

Check that the hotend wiring is plugged incorrectly. It’s easy to not have them perfectly seated.

Thanks…have tried several times but I’ll get in there again after work and keep trying.

Thanks for the reply

My experience with swapping hot ends… make sure you put the wires under the clip on the extruder.
When I take the time to do this, I never have issues.
I learned this the first few times I swapped my hot end.
It’s easy if you do this before you plug the connectors in or screw the hot end in.

Thankyou. I’ve tried multiple times without success. I’ll wait on support to respond. I do have 2 other printers so when they finish printing I think I might try swap one out from one of the other printers.
