The printer started to make a very loud noise when the extruder reaches the border of the xy axes, I did regular maintenance, but now the model is not aligned with the first layer, I cleaned the entire toolhead bearing but the problem still persists, in maintenance mode when I press the home button, and the toolhead reaches the limit of the bearing it makes a noise and constantly collides with the edge, as if it detected that it had already reached the limit, and another thing is that if I move the toolhead from the screen (-x) it does not move as if it had already reached the limit and it has not, what can I do?

Do a factory reset. Sometimes the printer loses track of where the toolhead is and the reset seems to be the only way to fix it.
It’s under gear icon and then “settings”
Thank you @PrinterMcgee , I did a factory reset and still the issue its happening, I will do another reset and see if this is fixed, I will post the results

One other thing to try. With the printer turned off see if you can manually move the print head all the way left and right on the X axis and backwards and forwards on the Y axis. Just to make sure there’s no physical obstructions.

I did that too, no obstruction,
I just reset to factory settings, same result, what I see is that the printer prints the first layer, in that step the tool head is positioned where it purges the filament and sounds like it is stuck when it reaches the limit, it goes over the first layer and performs the inspection of the first layer (I notice that it is no longer inspecting in the position of the first layer), it starts printing in an incorrect position
Is everything stock, like the nozzle and whatnot? Any upgrades at all, even printed ones?
Could you post a video of when it’s making the noise like it’s stuck? Maybe if we all look at it we can figure out what’s happening.

It definitely doesn’t have the correct location for where the toolhead is. Have you installed a light bar or any sensors at the top of the chamber?
I was looking through old threads and found two people who had installed things at the top of the chamber that were throwing off the print head.
I did find a third person who fixed this by replacing the SD card, if you have a spare that might be worth a try too.
No, I don’t have anything extra installed in the printer, It has the default hardware configuration, this started after I updated the firmware like 2 weeks ago and new pc software, I did the recommended maintenance and after that it started to do the wrong positioning
