Error Body 1 is too close to Exlusion Area

I created a template to clean a build plate that has artifacts from layer adhesion left over from brims. Also to use as a leveling/Z axis tool for my P1S as there isn’t one that covers the whole build plate without the exclusion area that I found quickly. I first created one with the 18x28mm area excluded. 256x256, with 18x28mm cut out and got the body was too close, then I increased the exclusion area to 25x35, still got the error. I then created a 250x250 with the 25x35 exclusion and still received the error. I figured I would post a topic on here about it. As this is something new that seems to be happening as far as I know. I know there is a bug that we cannot turn off the exclusion area, however I should still be able to use the rest of the plate.

The software should be able to detect there isn’t anything in that corner to print instead of bounding the box around the whole item.

The Purge-Line-Zone in the front? I only have a X1C, but above the qr code region my printer will draw a purge line (or calibration lines for lidar).

BTW: why you just use soapwater and a sponge to clean the plate?

When you run a 0.2 nozzle and on a super tack with 0.1 layer height brim soap and water doesn’t pull up all the brims. So you run a full sheet across it and then can pull the sheet off and it will pull the items that stick to the plate that cannot be removed. Soap and water will not remove them, and you cannot scape them off either without damaging the plate. If it was just a PEI plate, it wouldn’t be an issue.

I will run a 0.2 thickness layer across the whole plate after that allowing it to pull up the brims that are left over.

Also you can disable the purge lines in the machine code so that isn’t an issue.
