Error Code 3030 or 3010, i can't print

I haven’t been able to print with any Bambu printers since yesterday. I keep getting error messages 3030 or 3010.

So, I’ve restarted my router → no success.
I’ve restarted my Unify devices → no success.
I’ve reset the network settings on my PC → no success.
I’ve completely reset Bambu Studio → no success.

Everything else on the network is working fine.

I bought four Bambu printers and can’t use them.

I haven’t received a response to a ticket either; the support is very poor.

Can anyone help me?

Do you use a VPN?

No i don’t use VPN on my PC…

They had some problems on their end yesterday but everything is back working today. If any of the printers are X1Cs can you do the network test from the printer screen and see what is says?

I only use the A-Line.
I ran the network test in Bambu Studio. The HTTP test failed.

Sat Oct 04 21:23:29:test http failed
Sat Oct 04 21:23:29:test http failed, status = 28, error =

Unfortunately, I don’t know which URL the test is running on, otherwise I could create a trace…

I also noticed that when I try to import something directly from Makerworld, it takes an extremely long time; I even get a message saying the program isn’t responding.

I found this that helped someone else.

I also read about it in the forums and updated the certificates. Unfortunately, that didn’t help either, but thank you for your tip.

I created a hotspot with my phone to exclude the home network. But I got the same result with the http test in BambuStudio.

Firewall on your PC?

Purely for ruling out a connection issue with your computer, can you send a print to your printer using Bambu Handy?

If you can, not a printer or cloud issue, but a computer one.

If you can’t, a printer or cloud connection issue.

Yes, but it was always active.
I’ve now disabled the firewall to test it, and the same result.

I’ve now reverted to an older version of Bambu Studio, and the same result.

I’ve noticed that Bambu Studio responds quickly when I’m not logged in; as soon as I log in, it’s very sluggish, barely usable.

I’m now installing Bambu Studio on my laptop.

I’ve now installed Bambu Studio on my laptop, same problem.

I’ve now switched the printers to LAN mode. Now I can print from Bambu Studio.

If I switch them back to cloud mode, it doesn’t work anymore; I can no longer connect the printers.

PC:
Error 1050
Timeout while retrieving the ticket from the server

Mobile:
Connection Timeout

It still looks like a cloud server issue with Bambu.

Did you try Bambu Handy yet?

Yes…i can’t connect the Printer with the app…connection Timeout… :frowning:

Sorry, I read that as your earlier test with a hotspot.

I had the same issue today after replacing my old SSD drive with a new one and reinstalling the Bambu Lab Studio. Many thanks for this advise, since it was the only one useful for this error - After following your advise, everything works fine. Yet I still have no idea why it suddenly didn’t work after a new clean windows and software installation on my PC.
