Hello,
it appeared mid print without filament change. Cutter lever seems to be ok. Any ideas?
I create a ticket, but can´t attach files?!?! “Submit” button is not working for me on Chrome and Edgde.
Best regards, Peter.

I’m having this problem now. Did you find a solution?
I had to change the PCB on the backside of the printhead.
That’s exactly what I suspected. Either the extruder board or the interface board. Trying to get Bambu to send a new one now. Waiting for a response. Thanks man!
I am now having the same issue. I removed the extruder and cleaned the pathway of the filament and put back to see the same error. My cutter is clean and clear. It still shows same error, so I removed it again to be 100 percent sure it is all clean and all good connections. After reconnecting everything I get the same error. I sent a ticket to support last night and see that they are very busy at this time and may take 3 days to get a response. I hope can get to use my printer again soon.
Is your problem solved in the meantime? I have the same on my P1P since cleaning the Extruder yesterday.
I submitted an issue ticket to Bambu. I’ve had no issues to date. Not sure what caused this in the first place. Started a new print, and then the issue popped up, preventing further printing. I have removed the cutter. The handle moves freely.
I did remove the extruder head and pushed out 15mm of filament. Not clear if it was stuck. It didn’t help.
Frustrating.
any suggestions beyond submitting a ticket?
Hmm actually I see that error regularly after reassembly of the toolhead also. What works for me is pull the plug for the cutter sensor and replug it. Sometimes I have to do this twice, but then the error is gone.
This procedure actually is documented in the wiki - see cutter troubleshooting
Thanks Stefan!!! Your suggestion just fixed the issue for me. I thought it was kind of odd that I just serviced the tool head and this happened. Reseating the cutter sensor connector did the trick.
I am having this same problem. Where is the plug for the cutter sensor located? Is that the black cable running from the clear piece on the extruder? Thanks!
The link seems to be gone. I’m wondering which plug is the one for the cutter sensor. It’s rough for me to put the plugs in arthritis, neuropathy and carpal tunnel in both hands. Even with the special tool I have issues. takes me like 15-20 minutes to get ONE plug in.
It’s here now for the X1 and the P1 together: The printer shows that the cutter is stuck | Bambu Lab Wiki
