Hopefully, someone can help! I had quality prints and then recently had an error message stating; “The cutter is stuck. Please make sure…sensor cable connection”. [0300 800b 222803] The cutter is NOT stuck. After reassembling the extruder and hotend…in addition to that error message, I’m now getting another; “The hotend cooling fan speed is too slow or stopped. It may be…in properly.” [0300 0300 0001 0001 228 03] and another; “Nozzle temperature malfunction” [0300 8008 222903] It appeared as though the fan plug was not connecting properly. So, I powered down and changed the Extruder Interface Board (new) but I’m still seeing all three error messages. I tried to recalibrate…but it stops procedure after a few minutes with all three errors. Any ideas, comments, suggestions or snarky remarks? ![]()
Double-check all of the little connectors in the print head. If they are not fully seated it will cause errors.
Yep, I have…multiple times. I had assumed that the new Extruder Interface Board would solve my issue, since one plug was not exactly positive…but it did not. Thanks
