Error: the horizontal laser does not light

Hello @all.
First of all, the Bambu x1 prints fantastic.
So far I have printed with an Anet A8 heavily modified over the years.
Autoleveling, heatbed and so on. Because I didn’t want to constantly tinker more on the printer itself the Bambu x1 carbon was purchased.

But now I have a little problem with my new Bambu x1 carbon.
Error message: “the horizontal laser does not light”.

So something with the lidar… No experience with it.
Where is this “horizontal” laser and how what can I check / correct on it?

This is a wiki link for your problem.

Maybe it is just a dirty build plate. Also make sure the build plate is placed properly.

You can also check the maintenance wiki also for location and cleaning of lidar.

Thx a lot for the wiki link.
At least, found my issue there:

There is no reflected light after the laser is emitted into the heated bed. Residual black, clear, exceptionally bright silk filaments on the heated bed may cause this problem.

I was printing clear petg - could be a reason… ist’s not happening again till now.
Thank you for your help.
