First time trying to upload here, and keep getting an error of “Print Profile image upload failed.” I’ve opened the STL file in Bambu Studio, sliced with typical settings, and have saved as a 3mf file, by going File–> Save Project As–> 3mf.
When I try to upload onto MakerWorld, I get the error message in the photo. I’ve tried different browsers, saving from the Prepare vs Preview screens, different files… nothing seems to work. What am I missing?
It all looks right. Not sure why it won’t let you upload it. Maybe the .3mf file is open in another application? (Should still upload if it’s open in Studio).
Maybe try a test file with just a cube on it.
Close Bambu Studio & reopen it, load the 3mf file & see if it loads with all the settings you have or if it gives you an error.
If all is alright, try uploading file again.
Thanks for the advice… tried all of the above and it’s still not working on this computer. Seems to be an issue with uploading from this specific computer, as I created a 3mf on this computer, transferred it to my other computer, and was able to upload it from that one. So, I don’t think that the creation of the 3mf is the issue. Would Windows version have an impact on uploading?
At least I have a workaround for now, though it inevitably always works on the impossibly slow computer!
I am having the same problems even a bench won’t upload
